Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging the services of Emtiaz Hossain("we," "us," or "Contractor"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all tracking audits, setup projects, and ongoing monitoring engagements.

2. Services

We provide conversion tracking setup, server-side GTM implementation, CRM attribution, analytics configuration, and related services as described in the project scope agreed upon prior to engagement. The free audit is provided at no charge with no obligation.

All paid engagements begin with a written scope of work. Work does not commence until scope is approved and initial payment is received.

3. Payment

• One-time projects: 50% deposit required before work begins, 50% due upon delivery
• Ongoing monitoring: billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed via Upwork, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in paused delivery

4. Delivery & Warranty

Standard project delivery is 14–15 business days from kickoff. We will notify you of any delays. All setups include a 30-day warranty period – if anything breaks due to our implementation within that window, we fix it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover changes made by the client to GTM containers, conversion actions, or third-party platforms after handoff.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once project work has commenced. If we are unable to complete the agreed scope, a prorated refund will be issued for undelivered work. The free audit is complimentary and non-refundable in nature.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to GTM, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and any relevant platforms
• Respond to questions and review requests within 2 business days
• Notify us of any changes to your website or platforms during the project

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client account data, business information, and campaign data as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., Stape.io for server GTM hosting).

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for ad spend losses, revenue losses, or platform policy changes outside our control.
